Refund Policy

Before enrolling into a CLT course it's important to understand the refund policy terms and conditions. 

 

1.     Fees payable

a.     Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless your organization has been approved for credit by Canadian Livestock Transport. 

b.     For online payments we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. 

c.      To request other forms of payment please contact us.

d.     If you are an organization who will be purchasing bulk registrations and would like to apply for a bulk costing rate, please contact the CLT Coordinator at info@livestocktransport.ca or (403) 879-4001. 

2.     Course enrolment refunds

a.     Participants will be eligible for a refund of any monies paid excluding transaction fees if the following conditions have been satisfied: 

                                               i.The request for refund has been received in writing within 7 days of enrolment AND 

                                              ii.The participant has not yet attempted any end of module quizzes 

b.      Once a refund request is approved, refunds will be processed and paid within 14 days. Refunds will be processed on the credit card used for the original purchase. 

c.     All other circumstances will be reviewed by CLT management.
